Pay your rent by Direct Debit
Using the tenant portal Your NPH you can set up a Direct Debit online. You will need your tenancy reference number to hand to register and your bank account details for the Direct Debit instruction.
Once you're registered with Your NPH click on My Account and select Tenancy Details to choose your payment method.
Choosing a Direct Debit that's right for you
You can choose to set up your payment either:
- weekly every Friday or
- monthly on your choice of date from 1st – 28th of the month.
Once your direct debit has been set up, we will write to you to remind you of your payment dates and when your first payment will be taken.
Please carry on making payments until you receive notification from us that your Direct Debit has been set up.
