Berkeley House and St Mary's Court development

As part of the next phase of development work in Spring Boroughs, NPH is proposing to redevelop the buildings of Berkeley House and St Mary’s Court.

The proposal is to demolish the existing buildings and develop 126 new homes on site.

In March 2019, NPH completed the initial consultation with residents and leaseholders living in these buildings. This included door knocking, home visits, and events set up for residents to raise their concerns and give feedback on draft development plans before a formal planning application is sent.

NPH is currently working with tenants and leaseholders to support their move. Tenants are offered the right to return once the new accommodation has been developed.
