Billing Brook Road Development

Submissions for this form are closed.

NPH is proposing two key developments for the open space at Billing Brook Road. Firstly we are proud to be working in partnership with Growing Together to deliver a new children's play area. We have already secured planning permission and funding for this and are proposing to begin works May 28th 2019.

You can see the plans below, and if you have any queries before, after or during construction please get in touch. We are also proposing improvements to the open space which we will be delivering as part of the proposed new build development. This will include a community orchard and planting of new trees.

We are open to additional ideas you may have about how we can improve the open green space. Please use the form below with any ideas you may have.

Secondly, we are proposing to submit a planning application for Oak Tree Rise; a small development of 8 sheltered bungalows for adults with social care needs to include a staff bungalow and parking. We are proposing to retain the lovely Oak tree, hence the name of this new development. Again we are looking at additional planting and opportunities to enhance the area.

We would really love to hear your views and give you an opportunity to view the plans and ask questions. You can view the plans by clicking the links below or you can come and talk to us at Thorplands Residents Association meeting on 14th May at Thorplands Primary Academy at 19:15. If you would prefer us to come see you at your own home, we would be happy to arrange a home vist. If you have any comments on the plans, you can submit them using the form at the bottom of this page.
