On 5th January, NPH turned five! So much has happened since our launch.
We've been reflecting on some of our highlights over the last five years and wanted to share them with you:
- We’ve completed 149 new homes, we're on site with 127 more and have planning approval to build another 198.
- We gained national accreditation for both our ASB and support teams.
- We’ve invested in existing homes, making them warmer, safer and more modern – we’ve also improved neighbourhoods at the same time to make a bigger impact on the environment for residents.
- We’ve launched Happy to Help to support residents in new ways – these include financial support for community groups, help for individuals in crisis and we have more services in the pipeline for 2020.
