Terms and conditions
1. The Direct Debit Prize Draw is a monthly prize draw run by Northampton Partnership Homes.
2. The Draw will be made on the first working day of the month, commencing May 2019.
3. The Draw is open to all tenants of NPH who have paid their rent by Direct Debit for at least four months immediately preceding each monthly draw, are maintaining an agreed payment plan and are not in breach of any other term of the tenancy agreement.
4. No additional purchase or payment is necessary.
5. Only one entry will be made per household.
6. All eligible tenants shall automatically be entered into the draw. Any tenants who do not wish to be entered should contact their rent income officer.
7. The prize winner will receive a £100 Love to Shop Voucher.
8. The winner will be selected choosing a system generated random number, produced monthly, which corresponds to a list of eligible tenants.
9. The winner will be contacted following the draw and arrangements made for them to receive the voucher.
10. NPH reserves the right to change the prize award or the rules, as it sees fit, without further notice and by amending the rules as published.
12. NPH reserves the right to cancel the draw at any stage without further notice.
13. Tenants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them when entering the draw.
14. NPH’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
