I am writing to respond to your request for information recieved by email on Monday 23rd December 2019 which has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI).

As of the 22nd December 2019, Northampton Partnership Homes can confirm a total of 1,152 garages are currently occupied.

NPH have also included a breakdown by service charges below. Please note there are currently no garages which are showing with the Commuter Surcharge.

The garage process in now in the process of ebing transferred, therefore NPH are unable to confirm the accuracy of any other details during this transitional period.
