Have you received a letter about your solar panels?

We have been made aware that a number of residents have received a letter from a company called British Trading Solar Association (BTSA). This is a previously reported scam and we would advise you to contact the police if you have been sent one of these letters.

Northampton Partnership Homes uses a company called LCX to service solar panels and all contractors will present their ID when they visit.
