Housing Stock - accessible homes

I am writing to respond to your request for information received on Monday 3rd February 2020 which has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI).

Your request has been given the unique Information Request No. NPH00-213/20.  Please quote this reference on all correspondence relating to this request.

You have requested the following information. Our response is shown in bold.

 

1. How many properties/dwellings (sometimes referred to as council or social housing) do you own as a Local Authority?

2. How many of the aforementioned properties/dwellings have wheelchair access?

3. How many of the aforementioned properties/dwellings have been adapted in order to meet the needs of a disabled person?

Northampton Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation (ALMO), formed in January 2015 that manages 11,339 homes on behalf of Northampton Borough Council.

In response to the above questions, NPH does not record the information requested. This is not a refusal notice as the information is not held.
