Please supply a list (spreadsheet or similar is fine) of all council housing under your remit.
I request this on the basis that another council Welyn Hatfield Borough Council has already completed similar FOI request.
Please be advised that we are unable to provide you with a full list of postal addresses with post codes as this would breach the Data Protection Act: FOIA part 1 Section 40 (2) (3) refers to DPA part 1 Section 1 definition of personal data (a) (b). The personal data referred to in this request comprises full postal addresses, which would make it capable of identifying living individuals linked to those addresses.
I have therefore provided the information in a format which would not breach the Data Protection Act. Please find attached an excel spreadsheet showing property street names and partial postcodes.
