Not exclusively, but the Paint shop and any volunteering opportunities are heavily promoted to NPH tenants. At present, 4 of the 5 volunteers in the shop are people living in homes managed by NPH.

Are any paid Employees of Northampton Partnership Homes used, in the management if so, are the hours recorded separately?
No, staff support volunteers generally (as they do with those volunteering in the community hubs), but they do not manage the shop.
