Since 24/02/2021 to 04/05/2021 you (Northampton Partnership homes) have placed adverts for 53 garages which have generated 341 interested applicants.
I request the following;
1) How many the 341 are tenants of NBC/WNC
The information you have requested is not held in this format. Applicants are able to place up to three bids per cycle as well as to withdraw bids during the bidding cycle. These are all classed as interested applicants.
I can however advise you that as at 04.05.2021 there were 799 garage applications. These include both live and suspended applications awaiting assessments, and not all live applicants bid for available garages. Of the 788 applications, 527 are non tenants whilst the remaining 272 are WNC tenants.
