We recently met Paul Meadows of Northampton SENDS 4 Dad. The group have received funding from the Happy to Help CIC Communities Fund to expand their activities.
SENDS 4 Dad is a social group supporting Dads and male carers who has a child (or children) with special educational needs and / or a disability.
Since August 2021, SENDS 4 Dad has run weekly group sessions at The Frank Bruno Foundation Northampton in Standens Barn, Northampton. The session involves boxercise in the gym, nutritional advice and support with mental health.
The group have also recently been featured on the Northampton Chronicle & BBC Radio Northampton
