I am writing to respond to your request for information received by email on Monday 23rd December 2019 which has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI).

NPH Considers the Management Agreement between Northampton Borough Council and Northampton Partnership Homes to be deemed confidential information. In line with the terms of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act, we are not obliged to provide information that has been provided in confidentiality (section 41 of the FOI Act).

We have considered whether it would be in the public interest for us to provide you with the information, despite the exemption being applicable. In this case, I have concluded that the public interest favours withholding the information.

The disclosure to you of the enclosed information does not give you a right to reproduce or publish such information without the express permission of Northampton Borough Council or any other owners of the copyright therein.  To do so you will need a licence under the ‘Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015’.

If you consider NPH has not provided the information you have requested you have the right to challenge that decision in respect of your information request within 6 months.
