We are sending out a sample of research surveys to residents from 4th September.
The surveys are being conducted independently on behalf of NPH by M.E.L. Research, an experienced research company.
In 2017 we sent out our first Tenants Satisfaction Survey. Following this we made a commitment to send out a smaller number of surveys to check out views on recent service changes.
The main Tenants Satisfaction Survey will be held again in 2019.

Survey of Leaseholders
We are currently sending out our first Leaseholder Survey. This will be sent to all leaseholders, leaseholder tenants and managing agents.
