I am writing to respond to your request for information received on Tuesday 3rd November 2020 which has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI).

Your request has been given the unique Information Request No. NPH00-1506/20.  Please quote this reference on all correspondence relating to this request.

You have requested the following information. Our response is shown in bold.

I would like to request the following under the Freedom of Information Act. 

1. How many tenants (residents in homes for which you have responsibility
for maintenance) did you have between Jan 2019 - Jan 2020?

Northampton Partnership Homes is an arms-length management organisation (ALMO) that manages Northampton Borough Council’s housing services. As of the 1st October we managed 11,371 properties. Further details relating to council housing stock can be found using this link.

2. How many complaints/enquiries did you receive relating to mould or damp from your tenants between Jan 2019 - Jan 2020?

A speadsheet containing complaints and enquiries relating to mould or damp between Jan 2019 and Jan 2020 is available on request.

3. How long on average did it take to resolve these enquiries/complaints?

Northampton Partnership Homes are unable to provide this information. Our system does not record the information requested. We are however able to provide dates of when these enquiries were logged, these are detailed in the spreadsheet mentionned above. 

4. What was the estimated total cost of responding to these requests between Jan 2019 – Jan 2020?

The total cost of each complaint and enquiry raised is shown in the spreadsheet which is available on request.
