This year's Planned Improvement programme will be coming to 4 areas - Lings, Lumbertubs, Lakeview and Blackthorn.
Each year NPH carry out a programme of Planned Improvement works to existing homes and neighbourhoods across Northampton. In 2018 we began a programme of works to homes in Thorplands. These are well underway.
The programme in Lings, Lumbertubs, Lakeview and Blackthorn includes external refurbishment work to homes.
External works may include:
- New cladding
- Replacement windows and doors
- Replacement rainwater goods including guttering
- Replacement block entrance doors and upgraded entrance systems
- And landscaping work to communal gardens in flats.
Further work will also take place to review current waste management facilities for flat blocks.
