Update 20/11/2019 11:42 - The problems with My Home should now be fixed and it should be working as normal. If you have any further problems, please let us know.

We are aware of the problem customers are having viewing and bidding for properties through My Home this morning (Wednesday 20th November). This is affecting all users of the site.

We're looking into this and are working to have the site back up and running very soon.
