Reports of ASB

I am writing to respond to your request for information received by email on Tuesday 14th July which has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI).

Your request has been given the unique Information Request No. NPH1022-936/20. Please quote this reference on all correspondence relating to this request.

You have requested the following information.  Our response is shown in bold.

Request:

a) The total number of reports of ASB in the following three financial years, 2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20

b) The number in each of the 15 types

We are not providing the data requested, as it is exempt from disclosure because it is intended for future publication. This information is already published in the ASB Strategy in calendar years, going forwards this information will be published in financial years.

We are unable to provide historical information in financial years. Northampton Partnership Homes changed from IBS to ReAct in February 2018, this has therefore affected the historic ASB reports.

The category ‘Misuse of communal areas’ was not reported in the 2018-2020 ASB Strategy. NPH are continually improving reporting capability, which we are now only able to accurately publish.

The disclosure to you of the enclosed information does not give you a right to reproduce or publish such information without the express permission of Northampton Borough Council or any other owners of the copyright therein.  To do so you will need a licence under the ‘Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015’.

If you consider NPH has not provided the information you have requested you have the right to challenge that decision in respect of your information request within 6 months.

Please write to:
