We've had information from one of our tenants in Duston that a smartly dressed man, claiming to be from 'Council Housing' had visited their property yesterday. He had ID and told them he was there to get them to complete forms to have money repaid. The tenant didn't let him in as they were concerned, but did say that he appeared very genuine.
This man was not from Northampton Partnership Homes, and we are concerned that this may be happening in other areas, putting our residents at risk.
We have reported this to the police. If this happens to you, please report this to us.
