Information Request NPH00-81/20

I am writing to respond to your request for information received on Monday 13th January which has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI).

Your request has been given the unique Information Request No. NPH00-81/20.  Please quote this reference on all correspondence relating to this request.

You have requested the following information:

For tenants who rent from the Council/NPH/etc, please provide:

1) The number of tenants in each of the below categories:

a) Receiving the housing element of Universal Credit

b) receiving another housing benefit

c) receiving no benefit related to housing (so far as the council is aware)

2) For each category a, b, c above, the number in each category who are in rent arrears

3) For each category a, b, c above, the average amount owed by those in arrears.

Please see in the table below the information for questions 1, 2 and 3.
