A resident has been in touch with us as they received a telephone call where a caller claiming to be from 'the council' asked for information regarding outstanding repairs and rent issues. The resident gave the caller some information, but when the caller asked for photos of their property, they refused. The resident told us that the caller got very pushy with them at that point, but they refused to give out any more information.
This call did not come from us or West Northamptonshire Council, and we are concerned that this may be happening to other residents and could be putting them at risk. If you receive a similar call, please report it to us.
