NPH is no longer responsible for the housing register, which is now managed by West Northamptonshire Council.
Housing stock at 31 December 2024
The table below shows the properties managed by NPH including 46 specialist supported properties in three housing schemes. Residents for these schemes are chosen by Social Services and have care packages in place to support independent living. NPH have no nomination rights for who is allocated into these schemes, and we cannot allocate from the general waiting list.
West Northamptonshire Council is also responsible for housing allocations so this data will no longer be published by us.
Between 1 April 2024 and 31 December 2024, 72 properties have been let by mutual exchange.
