At Northamptonshire Partnership Homes we are focused on providing great services and putting our tenants and leaseholders, at the heart of what we do.
We have a range of involvement opportunities for tenants and leaseholders to influence what we do and improve our services together by listening and responding to your feedback. Some are paid, some are voluntary, and all are designed to fit around your life. You don’t need any previous knowledge – just your voice, your ideas, and your lived experience.
We’re able to offer training, provide transport and equipment, and cover your expenses for the activities you do.
Our resident involvement offer has a wide range of events and activities which are support by our resident involvement team.
You can get involved both in person and online from the comfort of your own home.
Involved tenants and leaseholders can help to:
- Influence policies, procedures, and improvements to services.
- Test, monitor, and give feedback on whether we’re delivering against the promises we make.
- Scrutinise our services to make sure we’re meeting all our obligations as a landlord, as set out in the Social Housing Regulatory framework.
- Improve homes, neighbourhoods, and communities.
- Join our Board or Service Quality Committee to help run our company.
Our Resident Involvement and Influence Strategy
At Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NPH), we believe every voice matters. We want residents to have a real say in how our services work and how our communities are shaped.
Our Resident Involvement and Influence Strategy explains how we listen to residents, involve people in decisions, and use feedback to make improvements. It also includes information about the different ways residents can get involved.
You can read the strategy here:

This document shows how you can share your views, influence what we do, and help improve NPH services now and in the future.
