Who we are

Northamptonshire Partnership Homes (NPH) is an arms-length management organisation (ALMO), established in January 2015 to manage around 11,000 homes on behalf of West Northamptonshire Council (WNC).

We are wholly owned by West Northamptonshire Council but operate with our own management team and Board of Directors.

As a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) and a not-for-profit organisation, any income we generate is reinvested into delivering housing and housing-related services for our customers and communities.

West Northamptonshire Council is your landlord and retains overall responsibility for its homes and housing services. NPH is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of housing services on the Council’s behalf.

Our role is to provide high-quality housing services, ensuring safe, affordable and well-maintained homes for more than 25,000 customers across Northamptonshire. We also work to support residents to live in safe homes and thriving communities.
