NPH Tenant Portal Issues Resolved – 19th January 2026
We’re pleased to confirm that the NPH Tenant Portal is now fully restored and all functions are working as normal.
Tenants should now be able to access both their rent accounts and the online repairs reporting service via the portal.
We appreciate the challenges this service interruption may have caused and apologise for any inconvenience experienced.
