During 2024โ€“2025, NPH reviewed feedback about Anti-Social Behaviour and community safety at Riverside House. Residents told us they wanted more visible support and clearer access to services. The aim was to build confidence, encourage reporting and improve partnership working.

How we listened:

We gathered feedback through conversations with residents, Housing Officer engagement and partnership discussions. Residents told us they wanted to speak directly with officers, raise concerns safely and better understand what support was available.

What we will be doing:

We carried out an ASB-focused Day of Action at Riverside House with partner agencies. Officers visited every home to speak with residents, provide advice, encourage reporting and strengthen relationships within the community.
