Resident Drop-In Sessions 2025

We recently announced that we have reviewed how we engage with our residents and are working on a new range of resident engagement opportunities. If you are a tenant or leaseholder with us, NPH hosts a range of community events and drop-in sessions throughout the year to support you with any questions or challenges regarding your tenancy. Alongside our popular Engagement Cafés and formal tenant feedback committees, we hold regular events across Northampton on a regular basis:

Resident Support Drop-In Session

We know many of our residents would like to meet with us in person so the Resident Support Drop-In sessions are where you can have a face to face discussion with an NPH Officer. All NPH tenants are welcome to attend for one-to-one advice and support at any of the locations listed below. There’s no need to make an appointment, please just drop-in for a chat during the scheduled date and times.

Community Café

All NPH residents are invited to our Community Cafés where you can grab a free tea or coffee whilst chatting with NPH colleagues. There’s no need to book and sometimes you’ll find the local Councillor and Housing Officer for the area in attendance, as well as other guests.

If you have any questions or issues regarding your tenancy, this is the perfect opportunity to get face to face support. Or maybe you would just like to have a chat with your neighbours and enjoy an hour or two with some company – either way you will be greeted by a friendly face when you arrive.
