Resident Drop-In Sessions 2025

We recently announced that we have reviewed how we engage with our residents and are working on a new range of resident engagement opportunities. As part of this new programme, we will be holding various free drop-in sessions regularly across Northamptonshire and all NPH tenants are welcome to attend for advice and support.

You don’t need to make an appointment, please come along for a chat. The dates and addresses of the drop-in sessions for January and February are below – later dates will follow soon.

Our resident drop in sessions are free to all NPH tenants and can help you with advice and practical support. We can help with:

  • Supporting you with budgeting
  • Advice around claiming benefits you are entitled to
  • Settling you into a new home
  • Signposting you to other specialist services and support providers
  • Supporting you to develop the skills needed to maintain your tenancy
  • Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) / Tenancy Compliance – come and discuss any ASB related issues
  • Rent – we can answer any queries about rent and money management
  • Do you need to report a repair or would like an update on an existing repair? We can offer advice around any repairs-related issues.
  • Mutual Exchange is an opportunity for swapping your property – come and get advice on eligibility and how to do this
