We asked residents if it was easy to find their Housing Officer on our website. Residents told us it took too long to find the right person and the information was hard to find.

How we listened: Residents and members of our Service Quality Committee told us that finding Housing Officer and Rent Income Officer details was not easy. They asked us to make the information quicker and easier to find.

What we will be doing: We have made changes to our website so residents can find the right officer more easily. We have added a new page, improved links on the homepage, and made information clearer. Please see here for the new dedicated webpage.
