In 2025, we asked residents to look at our draft Asset Management Strategy. We wanted to know if it was easy to read and understand and how we could improve it.

How we listened: We shared the full strategy with our Sounding Board and asked for feedback. Residents told us the document was too long and hard to read. Many said most people would not read a full strategy because it included too much information.
