Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) are the Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) set up in 2015 to mange the housing stock for Northampton Borough Council (NBC) – now West Northamptonshire Council (WNC).

In consultation with WNC, they have confirmed they would like NPH to build 500 properties in the next four years.  This would average approximately 125 properties per year for the next four years.  Previously we had committed to build 100 properties per year with NBC. NPH are confident we can achieve 500 properties over the next four years.
