I am writing to respond to your request for information received on Thursday 23rd July which has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI).

Your request has been given the unique Information Request No. NPH00-1079/20.  Please quote this reference on all correspondence relating to this request.

You have requested the following information. Our response is shown in bold.

Based on the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am requesting you to provide following information:

1. How many properties has been offered for lettings starting from September 2019 until today. 3

2. How many people participated in the competition based on the Lettings Scheme and how many applications was successful. 3 bids.

3. Was property advertised( offered for bid) on the http://www.nph.org.uk (please include date and time).

2 houses were direct allocated – one fully wheelchair adapted and one for homeless family as part of a homeless protocol.

4. When property was advertised the http://www.nph.org.uk was run properly with not technical problems.

1 property was advertised with no technical problems. 3 bids were received in cycle 37 September.
