4 years have flown by! Saturday 5th January marked NPH’s 4th birthday.
We’d like to thank all tenants, leaseholders, staff and partners for their support and contribution to Northampton Partnership Homes over the past 4 years.
We’re excited about the future ahead, and we hope you are too!
Last year’s highlights included:
- Building 36 new family homes in Spring Boroughs, including 18 new homes in Little Cross Street
- Starting work on a new family housing scheme for Overslade House
- Recruiting our first trades apprentices to the repairs service and offering more apprenticeships than ever before
- Developing the final stages of the £5 million Lakeview House project (due to be finished in Spring 2019)
- Holding our first Community Heroes Award celebrating tenants and leaseholders
- Creating a Community Interest Company, Happy to Help to support the local community
- 35 training courses as part of our annual tenant training programme
- and receiving an outstanding provider accreditation for the Housing Support service.
Tenants and Leaseholders Conference 2019
Add Thursday 11th April 2019 to your diary. It’s NPH’s Tenants and Leaseholders Conference. The event will share major plans for 2019/2020 and celebrate tenants and leaseholders who go the extra mile as part of our Community Heroes competition.
