Join the Mayor of Northampton on 3rd July in officially opening the new Thorplands playground
The brand new pocket park, opposite Billing Brook Road and by Crestwood Road is being officially opened by the Mayor of Northampton on 3rd July at 3:15pm.
The pocket park includes a multi use games area for local families.
The park was joint funded by NPH and community organisation Growing Together, who were successful in applying for government funding through the pocket parks programme.
On the day, there will be free ice cream.
Come and join us after school, meet the Mayor and be the first to try out the new equipment.
